As Chairman of the 2 nd Congressional District of the Republican Party of Virginia and pursuant to the RPV
Plan of Organization (State Party Plan) and as recommended and directed by the District Committee, I,
Dennis E Free do hereby issue this call for a District Convention. The convention will be held at WAVE
Church, 1000 Great Neck Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia or an alternate site determined at the discretion
of the chairman, starting at Noon local time on Saturday April 27, 2024 with registration beginning at 10 AM to Noon for the following purposes:
1. Electing a Chairman for the 2 nd Congressional District of the Republican Party of Virginia.
2. Electing three Members of the State Central Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia.
3. Electing a Republican Candidate for Elector for President and Vice President of the United States
for the election to be held on November 5, 2024.
4. For the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the convention.
